It will last till 31 July 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Call is open only&nbsp;for the priorities&nbsp;<strong>ENVIRONMENT<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>HEALTH<\/strong>&nbsp;and all their Specific objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The budget available in this Call equals 81,11 MEUR and is divided as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ENVIRONMENT \u2013 43.75 MEUR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoting climate change adaptation and disaster risk prevention and resilience, taking into account ecosystem-based approaches \u2013 20.2 MEUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting access to water and sustainable water management \u2013 6.51 MEUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhancing protection and preservation of nature, biodiversity and green infrastructure, including in urban areas, and reducing all forms of pollution \u2013 17.04 MEUR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HEALTH \u2013 37.36 MEUR<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring equal access to health care and fostering resilience of health systems, including primary care and promoting the transition from institutional to family-based and community-based care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REGULAR PROJECTS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GRANT VALUE: 200 000 \u2013 2 500 000 EUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CO-FINANCING: up to 90%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DURATION: up to 24 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RANGE OF ACTIVITIES: infrastructure, investment, soft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PARTNERSHIP COMPOSITION: at least one partner from Poland and one partner from Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TERRITORY: the Programme area (some activities may be carried out outside of it but with clear benefit to the Programme area).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>APPLICATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>only 1 step<\/strong>&nbsp;(Application form,&nbsp;no Concept Notes!),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>only online<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Application forms as well as all supporting documents should be submitted&nbsp;<strong>only in English<\/strong>&nbsp;via the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wod.cst2021.gov.pl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WOD2021 application system<\/a>. Application forms submitted in language(s) other than English will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All details regarding the rules of this Call are described in the&nbsp;<strong>Programme Manual \u2013 Regular projects. Part 1 \u2013 application<\/strong>&nbsp;together with&nbsp;<strong>all annexes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before preparing the Application form, please read all the documents carefully. Their English version are official and binding but the same content for information purposes will be soon available on the Programme website also in national languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>The deadline for submitting the Application forms is 31 July 2023 (till 16:00 CET).<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Monitoring Committee\u2019s decision on the project selection is expected in October 2023 (for priority HEALTH) and February 2024 (for priority ENVIRONMENT), but the timing will depend on the number of applications submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>SUPPORT FOR THE APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Programme website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instruction for filling in the Application form (Annex 7 to the Programme Manual),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working translations of the application pack documents (Polish, Ukrainian languages) (<em>will be available shortly<\/em>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequently Asked Questions session (<em>will be available shortly<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Feedback on questions\/ doubts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Questions in writing may in addition be sent to the Joint Secretariat via e-mail&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:js@pl-ua.eu\">js@pl-ua.eu<\/a>&nbsp;(no later than&nbsp;10 July 2023) indicating clearly that it relates that Call (1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;call PL-UA). Joint Secretariat\/Managing Authority has no obligation to provide further clarifications to questions received after this date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replies in writing will be given no later than&nbsp;17 July 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Trainings for applicants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Joint Secretariat organises trainings for applicants in all regions covered by the Programme. The trainings will be conducted in national languages.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All trainings organised by Joint Secretariat are financed from the EU sources and the participation is free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be informed that the number of participants from one organization taking part in place is limited to 2 persons. However, training will be also available online, without any limits (registration is also required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants from Ukraine will be able to join online trainings organized in Poland.
