The area covered by the Programme Interreg NEXT Poland \u2013 Ukraine is significant, resulting in a diverse and rich cultural mosaic. Various influences come together, making it richer, and both intriguing and inspiring. Culinary diversity includes Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Lithuanian influences, as well as, elements from Tatar and Jewish cuisines. Our relatives, especially our grandmothers, have wonderful recipes in their notebooks, often passed down from generation to generation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We invite everyone \u2014 children, youth, and adults from the Programme area<\/a> \u2014 to participate in the competition \u2018From Grandma’s Notebook\u2019<\/strong> by sharing a traditional recipe from your region<\/strong>. As the title suggests, the aim of the competition is to share a recipe for a traditional dish. Participants are encouraged to send in photos, simple illustrations, and videos of the preparation process.
