{"id":34802,"date":"2025-02-10T23:30:59","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T21:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/?p=34802"},"modified":"2025-07-22T10:52:13","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T08:52:13","slug":"information-and-promotional-support-for-projects-in-the-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/en\/information-and-promotional-support-for-projects-in-the-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Information and promotional support for projects in the Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We inform you that the&nbsp;<strong>Joint Secretariat (JS)<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Lviv Branch Office (LBO)<\/strong>, and the&nbsp;<strong>Regional Contact Points (RCPs)<\/strong>&nbsp;provide support in the implementation of project promotional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information and promotional activities<\/strong>&nbsp;(including visibility) should be consulted and coordinated exclusively with the communication managers from the&nbsp;<strong>JS Programme Team<\/strong>.<br>Ukrainian partners may also contact the&nbsp;<strong>JS Branch Office in Ukraine<\/strong>&nbsp;for promotion-related matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regional Contact Points (RCPs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the&nbsp;<strong>Podlaskie, Lublin, and Podkarpackie<\/strong>&nbsp;voivodeships (and in the future also in Mazowieckie),&nbsp;<strong>Regional Contact Points<\/strong>&nbsp;operate in coordination with the&nbsp;<strong>Joint Secretariat<\/strong>&nbsp;to support partners in project promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of RCP support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lending promotional materials<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g., roll-ups, counter) \u2013 requests should be submitted in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collecting information<\/strong>&nbsp;on projects, their results, and photo\/video materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visiting project locations<\/strong>&nbsp;to prepare photographic documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparing materials<\/strong>&nbsp;for the Programme\u2019s website \u2013 partners may be asked to provide information about their projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We kindly ask for your cooperation and willingness to share relevant project information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Currently, three RCPs are operational:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RCP in Bia\u0142ystok<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Marshal\u2019s Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RCP in Lublin<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Marshal\u2019s Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RCP in Rzesz\u00f3w<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Marshal\u2019s Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Efforts are underway to launch the&nbsp;<strong>RCP in Siedlce<\/strong>. Promotional materials for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship are currently available at the Delegation of the Marshal\u2019s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Siedlce.
