{"id":36899,"date":"2025-04-30T22:18:50","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T20:18:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/?p=36899"},"modified":"2025-08-21T16:22:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T14:22:15","slug":"changes-in-the-cst2021-user-guide-payment-claims-area-version-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/en\/changes-in-the-cst2021-user-guide-payment-claims-area-version-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes in the CST2021 User Guide \u2013 Payment Claims area \u2013 Version 3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We kindly inform you about the update of the CST2021 User Guide \u2013 Payment Claims area.<br>The current valid version 3, dated 10 April 2025, is available for download in the section:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/en\/for-project-partners\/cst-sl2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FOR PROJECT PARTNERS \u2192 CST \/ SL2021.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes are primarily regarding the rules of submitting financial reports \u2013 how to complete the list of expenses, which actions are mandatory and which fields must be filled in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the updated version of the Payment Claims area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>obligation to submit reporting payment claims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for completing the list of documents; abandonment of the need to split invoices due to different VAT rates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for registering data on flat rates using the flat rate calculator;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for calculating co-financing for lump sum amounts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for completing financing sources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a new chapter 3.4. on updating payment claim data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for filling in the&nbsp;<em>Amount requested, including advance payment<\/em>&nbsp;field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We kindly inform you about the update of the CST2021 User Guide \u2013 Payment Claims area.The current valid version 3, dated 10 April 2025, is available for download in the section:FOR PROJECT PARTNERS \u2192 CST \/ SL2021.
