The initiative aims to strengthen the potential of local communities and develop cross-border partnerships. Funding will be available for small projects that bring tangible benefits to residents and institutions on both sides of the border. Local government units and non-governmental organisations with legal personality are eligible to apply for funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific objective of the COOPERATION priority, in which the Fund is implemented is &#8221; Build up mutual trust, in particular by encouraging people-to-people actions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SMALL PROJECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 GRANT VALUE FOR A SMALL PROJECT : 20 000 \u2013 90&nbsp;000 EUR<br>\u2022 CO-FINANCING: up to 90%<br>\u2022 DURATION: max 12 months<br>\u2022 PARTNERSHIP: at least one partner from Poland and one partner from Ukraine<br>\u2022 SUBJECT AREA: activities implemented in the areas of: culture, education, health and safety will be supported<br>\u2022 TERRITORY: Programme area (voivodeships: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie (Ostro\u0142\u0119cki and Siedlecki regions only), Lublelskie, Podkarpackie and six regions in Ukraine: Lviv, Volyn, Zakarpattya, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk)<br>\u2022 APPLICATION SUBMISSION: online, via the application and settlement generator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Announcement of the call and all related details will be published on an ongoing basis on the Programme website and Facebook profile as well as on the website of the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce that the operator of the project \u201cCooperation beyond borders \u2013 Small Projects Fund on the Polish-Ukrainian border\u201d in the PL-UA Programme plans to launch an open call for proposals soon.
