{"id":39777,"date":"2025-07-29T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T06:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/?p=39777"},"modified":"2025-07-31T14:49:16","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T12:49:16","slug":"call-for-small-projects-in-the-cooperation-priority","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pl-ua.eu\/en\/call-for-small-projects-in-the-cooperation-priority\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for small projects in the COOPERATION priority!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We announce that the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion, the operator of the project \u2018Cooperation beyond borders \u2013 Small Projects Fund on the Polish-Ukrainian border\u2019 in the PL-UA Programme, has opened the call for small projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call will last until 17<sup>th<\/sup> October 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fund covers the whole area of the PL-UA Programme and aims at strengthening the potential of local communities and developing cross-border partnerships. Funding will be available for small projects that will bring tangible benefits to citizens and institutions on both sides of the border. Local self-government units and non-governmental organisations with legal personality can apply for funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific objective of the COOPERATION priority under which the Fund is implemented is <strong>\u2018Build up mutual trust, in particular by encouraging people-to-people actions\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The budget available for this call is <strong>2 MEUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic principles of small projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TOPICS: culture, education, health and safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GRANT VALUE: EUR 20 000 &#8211; 90 000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CO-FINANCING: up to 90 % of eligible expenditure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DURATION: up to 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PARTNERSHIP RULES: at least one partner from Poland and one partner from Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS: local and regional authorities, their subordinate bodies and non-governmental organisations with legal personality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ELIGIBLE AREA \u2013 the entire Programme area, i.e.:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poland \u2013 voivodeships: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie (subregions: ostro\u0142\u0119cki and siedlecki), Lubelskie, Podkarpackie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukraine \u2013 oblasts: Lviv, Volyn, Zakarpattya, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The application form and all annexes must be submitted in English only through a dedicated <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-interregnext.eu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">generator<\/a><\/strong> available on the operator&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read all documents carefully before preparing your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deadline for applications is 17<sup>th<\/sup> October 2025 (at 23:59 CEST).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training sessions for applicants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stationary <\/strong>training sessions<strong> <\/strong>in<strong> Polish<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Che\u0142m \u2013 <\/strong>11<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025 (registration: 30<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 07<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hajn\u00f3wka \u2013 <\/strong>12<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025 (registration: 30<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 08<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Przemy\u015bl \u2013 <\/strong>26<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025 (registration: 30<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 22<sup>nd<\/sup> August 2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online <\/strong>training sessions in <strong>Ukrainian<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Via the ZOOM platform \u2013 28<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025 (registration: 30<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 27<sup>th<\/sup> August 2025).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via the ZOOM platform \u2013 11<sup>th<\/sup> September 2025 (registration: 30<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 10<sup>th<\/sup> September 2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>More information about the call and support for applicants can be found on the website of the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/plua-karpacki.pl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HERE<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We announce that the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion, the operator of the project \u2018Cooperation beyond borders \u2013 Small Projects Fund on the Polish-Ukrainian border\u2019 in the PL-UA Programme, has opened the call for small projects.
