This is a great opportunity to showcase project results and increase their visibility among communities in the Programme area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funduszowy Maj is a new edition of the well-known European Funds Days initiative. The key change is that events can be organised throughout the entire month of May, rather than during a single weekend. This means more time, more flexibility, and greater opportunities to promote project achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why take part?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>May is a special month for Europe, including Europe Day celebrations. Across Poland, places and initiatives created with EU support are presented to the public. This is a unique opportunity to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>showcase project results,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reach new audiences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>engage local communities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthen the visibility of Programme activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kind of events can be submitted?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage a wide range of initiatives, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>entertainment events (e.g. family picnics),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational events (workshops, training sessions, classes),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sports events (bike rallies, runs, kayaking trips),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cultural events (concerts, exhibitions, guided visits).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> all events must be free of charge for participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to submit an event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare a description of the event and publish it on your project or organisation\u2019s website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the event form and send it to: <a href=\"agnieszka.cwikla@pl-ua.eu\">agnieszka.cwikla@pl-ua.eu<\/a> and <a href=\"monika.kozlowska@pl-ue.eu\">monika.kozlowska@pl-ue.eu<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After approval, the event will be published on the initiative\u2019s website (with a link to the project partner\u2019s website).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promotional materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisers have prepared ready-to-use promotional materials (graphics, print templates, and social media assets) to support event promotion.
