Approx. EUR 2 000 000 is available for small projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General information about the Fund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fund aims to strengthen the capacity of local communities and support the development of cross-border partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic principles of small projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TOPICS:<\/strong> culture, education, health and safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GRANT VALUE:<\/strong> EUR 20 000 \u2013 90 000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CO-FUNDING:<\/strong> up to 90% of eligible expenditures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DURATION:<\/strong> maximum 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PARTNERSHIP RULES:<\/strong> at least one partner from Poland and one partner from Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>state, regional and local administration units, associations of these units and institutions subordinate to them,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other public law entities (e.g., chambers, government administration bodies),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schools and educational institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>units of higher education and research institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-governmental organisations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other entities conducting cultural or educational activity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>institutions organizing vulnerable groups or taking care of them,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>institutions taking care of migrants and refugees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ELIGIBLE AREA:<\/strong> the entire Programme area, i.e.:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poland:<\/strong> voivodeships: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie (subregions: ostro\u0142\u0119cki and siedlecki), Lubelskie, Podkarpackie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ukraine:<\/strong> oblasts: Lviv, Volyn, Zakarpattya, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application form together with all required annexes must be submitted in English only via the dedicated application <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-interregnext.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">generator<\/a> available on the website of the SPF Operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before preparing the application, applicants should carefully read all relevant documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application deadline:<\/strong> 10 July 2026, 15:00 (CEST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training sessions for applicants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On-site training sessions in Polish:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 June \u2013 Rzesz\u00f3w<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 June \u2013 Gardzienice Pierwsze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11 June \u2013 Bia\u0142ystok<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online training sessions in Ukrainian:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 June<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 June<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 June<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All information regarding the call and support for applicants is available on the website of the SPF Operator, the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/plua-karpacki.pl\/aktualne-ogloszenia-o-naborach\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2nd call under the Small Project Fund SmallSBB (COOPERATION priority) will remain open until 10 July 2026.
