Pomysł na projekt ( w języku angielskim):

Project Proposal Description Project Title: Resilient and Inclusive Healthcare: Modernization of Medical Infrastructure in Three Settlements of the Community Project Objective: The primary goal of this project is to ensure equitable access to high-quality, barrier-free, and uninterrupted medical services for all residents and internally displaced persons (IDPs) across three key settlements of the community. The project aims to comprehensive overhaul the existing medical infrastructure, transforming local healthcare facilities into modern, inclusive, and energy-autonomous institutions capable of functioning under crisis conditions. Key Project Components (Core Actions): Infrastructure Renovation & General Repair: Comprehensive repair and modernization of hospital buildings and clinics in three designated settlements. This includes upgrading interior spaces, restoring damaged structures, and optimizing hospital layouts to improve patient flow and clinical safety. Procurement of Advanced Medical Equipment: Equipping the renovated facilities with modern, state-of-the-art medical devices and diagnostic tools. This will significantly upgrade local diagnostic capabilities, reduce the need for patient transportation to regional centers, and enhance the overall quality of primary and specialized care. Upgrading Sanitation and Hygiene Facilities: Complete overhaul and installation of modern, fully equipped sanitary rooms (bathrooms, washrooms, and disinfection zones) within the clinics, ensuring strict adherence to European healthcare hygiene and infection-control standards. Ensuring Universal Accessibility and Inclusivity: Full spatial adaptation of all facilities to meet the needs of persons with disabilities, wounded veterans, elderly residents, and other individuals with reduced mobility. This includes installing standard-compliant ramps, widenings doorways, barrier-free sanitary rooms, tactile navigation, and accessible elevators where necessary. Energy Autonomy and Climate Resilience: Securing continuous, life-saving medical operations through the installation of alternative, renewable energy sources (such as solar power systems with battery storage and back-up generators). This green transition will guarantee that the medical equipment, operating rooms, and cooling storage for medicines remain fully functional during grid power outages.
