Changes in the CST2021 User Guide – Payment Claims area – Version 3

We kindly inform you about the update of the CST2021 User Guide – Payment Claims area.
The current valid version 3, dated 10 April 2025, is available for download in the section:
FOR PROJECT PARTNERS → CST / SL2021.

Changes are primarily regarding the rules of submitting financial reports – how to complete the list of expenses, which actions are mandatory and which fields must be filled in.

In the updated version of the Payment Claims area:

  • obligation to submit reporting payment claims;
  • the rules for completing the list of documents; abandonment of the need to split invoices due to different VAT rates;
  • the rules for registering data on flat rates using the flat rate calculator;
  • the rules for calculating co-financing for lump sum amounts;
  • the rules for completing financing sources;
  • a new chapter 3.4. on updating payment claim data;
  • the rules for filling in the Amount requested, including advance payment field.
