Youth Educational Campaign on the occasion of Interreg Cooperation Day 2026

11.03.2026

We are launching another edition of the Youth Educational Campaign, which is very popular among the younger generation of residents of the Polish-Ukrainian borderland. Ahead of us are the spring qualifiers and the autumn Final, during which we will celebrate Interreg Cooperation Day together with the whole of Europe. We can look forward to many positive emotions, exciting challenges, new skills and international friendships. We have already met at the Finals of the campaign in Grodno, Lviv, Rzeszów, Podlasie, the Bieszczady Mountains and Lublin, among other places. We encourage you to watch the report from last year’s edition!

The aim of the campaign is to strengthen cross-border cooperation through the exchange of experiences between neighbours, mutual inspiration and building relationships based on European values. It also provides a space for young people from the Polish-Ukrainian border region to develop, establish contacts and broaden their knowledge of the European Union and the opportunities offered by the Programme.

We invite teams of 4 students aged 12-17, supervised by teachers, to participate in the campaign. During the qualifying stage, each team should complete the competition tasks described in the General Rules and submit them by 22nd May 2026 using the electronic Application Form. The list of qualified teams will be announced on 15th June. We will invite 12 school teams from Poland and Ukraine, six from each country, to the autumn Final, which will take place on 16-19th September 2026.

The most important prize for all finalists will be a joint stay in Warsaw, funded by the Programme. Each participant will also receive a set of promotional gifts and a diploma. Attractive prizes await the winners of the final tasks.

We eagerly await your applications and hope to hear from you soon!
