Community Energy Resilience: Solar Power for Stable Rates and Uninterrupted Water Supply. Amid war and energy instability, communities face: -frequent power outages; -rising utility rates; -risks of water supply disruptions; -dependence on centralized and carbon-intensive energy sources. Critical infrastructure, particularly water utilities, is particularly vulnerable, as their operation directly depends on the electricity supply. The project involves installing solar power plants (SPPs) at water supply facilities (wells) capable of operating in standalone or hybrid mode. Key components: -solar panels; -inverters; -energy storage systems (batteries); -automated control systems.
