We invite Polish project partners to join the nationwide initiative “Funduszowy Maj 2026”, organised by the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy. This is a great opportunity to showcase project results and increase their visibility among communities in the Programme area.
Funduszowy Maj is a new edition of the well-known European Funds Days initiative. The key change is that events can be organised throughout the entire month of May, rather than during a single weekend. This means more time, more flexibility, and greater opportunities to promote project achievements.
Why take part?
May is a special month for Europe, including Europe Day celebrations. Across Poland, places and initiatives created with EU support are presented to the public. This is a unique opportunity to:
- showcase project results,
- reach new audiences,
- engage local communities,
- strengthen the visibility of Programme activities.
What kind of events can be submitted?
We encourage a wide range of initiatives, including:
- entertainment events (e.g. family picnics),
- educational events (workshops, training sessions, classes),
- sports events (bike rallies, runs, kayaking trips),
- cultural events (concerts, exhibitions, guided visits).
Important: all events must be free of charge for participants.
How to submit an event
- Prepare a description of the event and publish it on your project or organisation’s website.
- Complete the event form and send it to: agnieszka.cwikla@pl-ua.eu and monika.kozlowska@pl-ue.eu
- After approval, the event will be published on the initiative’s website (with a link to the project partner’s website).
Promotional materials
The organisers have prepared ready-to-use promotional materials (graphics, print templates, and social media assets) to support event promotion. We encourage their use to ensure consistent visual identity of the initiative.
Don’t wait – submissions are already open!
Join Funduszowy Maj 2026 and show how your project contributes to positive change in the region.
