The 2nd call under the Small Project Fund SmallSBB (COOPERATION priority) will remain open until 10 July 2026. Approx. EUR 2 000 000 is available for small projects.
General information about the Fund
The Fund aims to strengthen the capacity of local communities and support the development of cross-border partnerships.
Basic principles of small projects
- TOPICS: culture, education, health and safety
- GRANT VALUE: EUR 20 000 – 90 000
- CO-FUNDING: up to 90% of eligible expenditures
- DURATION: maximum 12 months
- PARTNERSHIP RULES: at least one partner from Poland and one partner from Ukraine
- ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS:
- state, regional and local administration units, associations of these units and institutions subordinate to them,
- other public law entities (e.g., chambers, government administration bodies),
- schools and educational institutions,
- units of higher education and research institutions,
- non-governmental organisations,
- other entities conducting cultural or educational activity,
- institutions organizing vulnerable groups or taking care of them,
- institutions taking care of migrants and refugees.
- ELIGIBLE AREA: the entire Programme area, i.e.:
- Poland: voivodeships: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie (subregions: ostrołęcki and siedlecki), Lubelskie, Podkarpackie
- Ukraine: oblasts: Lviv, Volyn, Zakarpattya, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk
How to apply?
The application form together with all required annexes must be submitted in English only via the dedicated application generator available on the website of the SPF Operator.
Before preparing the application, applicants should carefully read all relevant documents.
Application deadline: 10 July 2026, 15:00 (CEST).
