First small projects selected under the SPF COOPERATION!

07.08.2026

On 4 August 2026, the Small Project Fund (SPF) SmallCBB Committee under the COOPERATION priority selected projects submitted in the 1st call for proposals.

In total, partners submitted 126 applications, including 93 with a Polish lead partner and 33 with a Ukrainian lead partner, requesting a total of nearly EUR 10 million in co-financing. 60 applications received a positive assessment, and the Committee awarded co-financing to the 32 highest-scoring projects, which will receive a total of more than EUR 2.3 million.

The selected projects cover a wide range of activities, while all of them contribute to the objectives of the COOPERATION priority:

  • protection and promotion of cultural heritage;
  • environmental protection and raising environmental awareness;
  • facilitating access to education and fostering local traditions.

Small projects are initiatives with a maximum co-financing amount of EUR 90,000, to be implemented within 12 months. Their main objective is to strengthen cross-border cooperation between Poland and Ukraine.

The call for proposals was organised by the Carpathian Euroregion Association, the SPF Operator, and the number of applications received confirms the strong interest in Polish-Ukrainian cooperation.

We would like to congratulate all applicants whose projects have been awarded co-financing and selected for implementation.
