Please be advised that on 24th October 2025, the first call for proposals for small projects implemented under the Small Projects Fund of the COOPERATION priority, managed by the Carpathian Euroregion Association, was closed.
A total of 126 applications had been received, with a total funding value exceeding 9.6 MEUR. The budget for this call is 2 MEUR. Small projects can receive a grant of up to 90 000 EUR. The level of funding for their implementation is as high as 90%. We received the most applications from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship on the Polish side and from the Lviv Oblast on the Ukrainian side. Below, we present the distribution of applications by region in which they were submitted.

281 institutions took part in the first call for proposals, including 137 from Poland and 144 from Ukraine. Local self-government units showed the greatest interest, followed closely by non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The breakdown of institution types is as follows:

The administrative and eligibility check and quality assessment of the submitted applications will commence shortly and will continue until the end of the first quarter of 2026. We will keep you informed about the progress and results on the Programme website.
In 2026, a second call for proposals is planned under the COOPERATION priority, with a budget of 2 MEUR.
