Calls for proposals for the Interreg NEXT Poland–Ukraine 2021-2027

The first call for proposals for the Interreg NEXT Programme Poland–Ukraine 2021-2027 will start in May and run until the end of July 2023.

Applicants will be able to apply for European Union funding under the following priorities:

  • Health, with a budget of 37.36 million euro
  • and Environment (43.75 million euro).

Applications can only be submitted in English through the Central Information and Communication System 2021.

The staff of the Joint Secretariat of the Programme will answer questions on the rules of the call for proposals after the approval of the application package by the Monitoring Committee. The set of documents will be published on the PBU Programme website, under PL-UA 2021-27

To help applicants, we will organise two free Partner Search Forums. The first, for the Health priority, will take place on 19-21 April 2023 in Rzeszów and the second for the Environment priority on 26-28 April 2023 in Lublin.

In May, after the announcement of the call for proposals, we will organise 10 trainings for potential  applicants, one for each of the six oblasts in Ukraine:

  • Volyn,
  • Lviv,
  • Zakarpattya,
  • Rivne,
  • Ternopil
  • and Ivano-Frankivsk

and one each for four voivodships in Poland:

  • Mazowieckie,
  • Podkarpackie,
  • Podlaskie
  • and Lubelskie.

Trainings will also be available online*. Information on location and registration will be published on the PBU Programme website.

Second call for proposals for priorities:

  • Tourism, with a budget of 35.87 million euro
  • and Cooperation (with a budget of 5.11 million euro for actions to increase the efficiency of public administration)

is planned for 2024.
