In response to repeated questions from applicants, we have clarified the provisions in the following sections of the Manual:

• p. 6.4 - Annex A12. Environmental Impact Assessment
• p. 7.3 and 7.4 - quality assessment and approval of the project
• p. 8.2 - scheme of timeframe for eligibility of costs
• p. 9.6 - costs in budget category 'Infrastructure and works'
