We kindly inform you that the Programme Manual has been updated.
The current valid Version 2, dated 23 October 2025, is now available for download in the section For Project Partners → Large Infrastructural Projects / Regular projects / Small Projects Funds.
In the updated version the following provisions have been clarified in the relevant chapters:
- 15.1, 15.2 – General reporting rules
- 18.2.2 – Communication obligations
- 21.6, 21.8 – State aid
Additionally, Annex 4 – Communication Guide for Project Partners has been revised.
The changes include updates in the following chapters:
- 3.4 – section updated to include examples of remedial actions.
- 5.3 – requirement regarding logo size changed from “same size” to “not larger than” the EU symbol.
