Pomysł na projekt ( w języku angielskim):

For our mutual application we may consider the project that will focus on advancing vocational excellence and market integration in the cross-border Polish –Ukrainian area. Our project can be developed on the basis of the PromTech training program provided by the Promprylad Foundation. This initiative operates through a three-tiered collaboration model: - Vocational Schools: we empower existing public infrastructure by integrating modern, industry-aligned training layers. - Businesses: 30+ partner companies provide direct input on curriculum requirements and offer internships and job placements. - Community Partners: ensuring specialized outreach and support for our target vulnerable audiences. The program specializes in short-term, accelerated upskilling/reskilling courses designed for rapid labor market entry and considered as a vital bridge between vocational schools and the private sector, ensuring curricula meet the most in-demand professions like: CNC operators, radio-electronic installers, woodworking machine operators, woodworkers, furniture maker, metal filler, 3D modeling and printing, welders, electricians, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, cooks, etc. The value is added by the clear methodology applied including: - Analysis of industries and market needs - Detailed study of market demands for competences and skills - Identification of training partners - Design of micro-qualification structure, module content and assessment criteria - Promotion and recruitment of students - Program delivery (theoretical and workshop labs) - On-the-job training through internships - Career guidance and employment. To maximize employment outcomes, the program integrates: - Immersive Career Days: beyond standard job fairs, these events offer participants a hands-on trial experience.. Candidates demonstrate their skills on actual equipment in a real-world setting, facilitating direct engagement with recruiters from partner businesses. - Career Counseling: every participant receives individualized counseling to build career resilience, including job search strategies, soft skills development, and psychological support for professional transitions. Such an approach improves the quality and responsiveness of VET to economic and social developments enhancing the labour market relevance of skills provision. A primary pillar of our partnership can be the development of comprehensive professional internship program that will concentrate on - knowledge transfer, that is adopting European standards in technical laboratory management and modern vocational pedagogy; -curriculum alignment devoted to benchmarking of Promprylad training tracks against EU standards to ensure world-class graduate output. Besides, we are open to any other mutual activities that can be developed and implemented during the project benefiting both organization.
