The project envisages the establishment of a modern multifunctional laboratory complex equipped with high-tech equipment and innovative research systems aimed at strengthening the development of the region’s analytical, expert assessment, scientific, and technical infrastructure. The primary objective of the initiative is to create an efficient center for laboratory testing, expert examinations, monitoring, and quality assessment across various sectors, including healthcare, environmental protection, public safety, industry, agriculture, and technological innovation. The implementation of the project will contribute to: – enhancing the region’s capacity to conduct expert examinations; – ensuring compliance of research activities with international quality standards; – strengthening the region’s scientific and innovation potential; – creating conditions for cooperation between public institutions, research organizations, businesses, and international partners; – supporting the training and professional development of highly qualified specialists. The laboratory complex is envisioned as a modern infrastructural platform capable of providing independent expertise, analytical research, and the implementation of advanced technological solutions in accordance with national legislation and international standards.
