Do you take good enough care of your heart? Are you able to maintain habits that help keep it in good condition? Do you regularly undergo preventive health check-ups?
To raise awareness among the local community about these important issues, the HealthyHeart project team organised an Open Day at the Rivne Regional Clinical Hospital as part of the “Healthy Lifestyle” information campaign. Nearly 160 people took part in preventive examinations, during which they could, among other things, measure their blood pressure, check their blood glucose levels, and receive medical consultations and advice.
For the participants, the event was an excellent opportunity not only to check their health, but also to learn about the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. A quiz on healthy habits and lifestyle, with prizes for participants, was also organised.
