We kindly inform you that the Managing Authority in cooperation with the Joint Secretariat has prepared an update of the Programme Manual Regular projects Part 1 – application.

These modifications include:

• Chapter 15 – changes in the provisions regarding state aid. In accordance with the amendment to the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) of 9 March 9, 2023, the amended provisions, among others, increase the thresholds in Art. 20 and 20a respectively up to EUR 2.2 million and 22 thousand EUR;
  • the Annex 8 Manual State aid and de minimis aid has been modified accordingly;
• Chapter 11 – updated PL-UA logo, project logo, priority icons and their correct use.
  • the Annex 4. Communication Guide for Project Partners has been modified accordingly ( chapter “How to communicate in the project”).
