European Commission has approved the third version of the Programme Document

We are pleased to announce that on 5th November this year, the European Commission approved the third version of the Programme document, following decisions taken by the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg NEXT Poland – Ukraine 2021-2027 Programme during its meetings in Warsaw (15.12.2024) and Krosno (18-19.04.2024).
The updated Programme document contents following changes:
- shifting between priorities’ budgets (transferring funds from priority COOPERATION – 2.5 M EUR to priority HEALTH and 2.5 M EUR to priority ENVIRONMENT; transferring 1 M EUR from priority TOURISM to priority ENVIRONMENT);
- modifying the scope of the TOURISM priority – cancellation of the regular projects implementation in this priority;
- modifying the scope of the COOPERATION priority – cancellation of the Specific objective 4.1. Enhance efficient public administration by promoting legal and administrative cooperation and cooperation between citizens, civil society actors and institutions, in particular, with a view to resolving legal and other obstacles in border regions;
- minor changes in the scope of ACCESSIBILITY priority;
- updating the list and budgets of intervention categories;
- updating list of Programme indicators’ and their values (wherever possible, adjusting them also to already selected projects);
- including working recommendations from the European Commission representative.
We believe that these changes reflect our commitment to fostering strong, lasting and effective cross-border cooperation between Poland and Ukraine and we look forward to implementing projects that will bring mutual benefits to both countries.
