On 5^th November, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution ‘On the introduction of
a management and control system for the implementation of the Interreg and Interreg NEXT cross-border
and transnational cooperation programmes’ and approved the Procedures over the implementation of these programmes.

The resolution provides for i.a. the creation of management and control mechanisms for the programmes, defines the main tasks of the National Authority, the National Controller, the group of auditors, local executive authorities and project partners. It also mentions the introduction of simplified procedures for settling expenditures.
