The village of Dubove is the administrative center of the Dubove territorial community. The population of the urban village is more than 11,700 people. In the 80s, infrastructure was developed in Dubove: high-rise buildings were built, 16 apartment buildings and a number of social institutions - kindergartens, a school, etc. were built too. Along with this, a centralized water supply and drainage system, a sewage network, and wastewater treatment plant were built. However, during the floods of 1998 and 2001, the wastewater treatment plant (treatment facilities) were destroyed. And all these years, sewage from 16 high-rise buildings, in particular 468 apartments, where more than 1,400 residents live, and from a number of social institutions and other buildings connected to the sewage network, do not undergo treatment and pollute the river waters of the Teresva River. It is possible to solve the problem by building new wastewater treatment plant (treatment facilities) with a capacity of 1000 m3/day in the urban village.
