MISTO is a Ukrainian-origin civic platform connecting city residents with municipal services through two-way citizen engagement, emergency communication and digital service delivery. It is live in 5 Ukrainian cities including Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, both within the Programme area. We are looking for a Polish municipal or NGO partner to jointly develop a cross-border people-to-people initiative strengthening civic participation and interpersonal contact between border communities — for example, a shared digital participation and information-exchange initiative linking residents of a Polish and a Ukrainian border city in joint civic life. MISTO can provide the platform as the project's shared digital tool, with the eligible Polish and Ukrainian institutions leading implementation. Open to discussing scope, partner roles and a joint application.
