New issue of the magazine "The CROSSBORDERER"!

15 / 01 / 2024
Category: Project News

We would like to invite you to read the latest issue of our Programme's magazine – "The CROSSBORDERER" 2023. What is important, for the first time it was prepared in national languages: Polish and Ukrainian, previously it was published only in English. The main theme of the issue is the 20th anniversary of the Programme and Polish-Ukrainian cooperation within its framework. You will find there an interview with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Vasyl Zvarych, statistics of the 20th anniversary and memories of the Jubilee celebrations in both countries. We also summarise internal events of the Programme, including the inauguration of Interreg NEXT Poland – Ukraine 2021-2027, trainings and the first call for proposals. We also reminisce together about promotional events, including in particular a study tour for journalists and the finale of the Youth Education Campaign. We also continue our series 'Portraits of regions', in which this time we presented the Zakarpattya Oblast and Podkarpackie Voivodeship and the projects implemented in them. You will also find interviews with representatives of the authorities of these areas involved in the work of the Monitoring Committee. At the same time, it can be fascinating and instructive to read stories from the projects - personal stories of partners and participants in projects implemented through the Programme. Finally, we offer you a bit of entertainment combined with education.

Inviting you to read, Andrzej Słodki, Head of the Programme’s Joint Secretariat, who writes: On behalf of the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all institutions and individuals who have created and continue to create ever stronger interregional ties!

We would like to add our thanks and wish you a pleasant reading!
